WRITING TOOL

Case Converter

Transform text into uppercase, lowercase, title case or sentence case.

How this tool works

A case converter changes the capitalization of text without rewriting its wording. It is useful when standardizing headings, cleaning pasted text or preparing drafts for a consistent format.

How to use it

  1. Paste the text you want to reformat.
  2. Choose UPPERCASE, lowercase, Title Case or Sentence case.
  3. Review names, acronyms and punctuation before copying the result.

Example and practical tips

“welcome to toolnest” becomes “WELCOME TO TOOLNEST” in uppercase or “Welcome To Toolnest” in the simple title-case mode.

Automatic title case uses simple word-boundary rules, so it may not match a publisher’s style guide for short words, acronyms, names or apostrophes. The converter changes letter case only; it does not correct spelling or grammar.

Frequently asked questions

Does it proofread text?

No. It changes capitalization but does not check grammar, punctuation or facts.

Why is title case not always perfect?

Style guides differ, and simple automatic rules cannot know every name or editorial preference.
